Welp you run into the issue of 2 of those categories being impossible to play without them becoming 40 orb instead. Any% requires glitches and 14 talisman requires glitches to enter ripto early.

As mentioned above, glitchless any% and 14 Talisman are the exact same thing as glitchless 40 Orb so you wouldn't actually get anything new out of that.

As always it's important to remember that you can choose to run whatever you want even if it isn't on the boards. Things tend to get added after demand is demonstrated rather than by request.
