if you mean 1.04, then you want https://www.speedrun.com/sonic_mania rather than pre-dlc
If your copy of Mania is updated to the latest version, then you should submit to the new Sonic Mania leaderboard. I see that Ben posted it already before me so there you go.
Even if you don't have the paid DLC, your version still falls under being the newest patch of Mania fyi.
