The current CR is 4:57.843 by a speedrunner called happyzombie (more commonly known as ogkkkejbd) I attend to break it but my sum of best is a sub 5 and never put it in a real time attack I want to know some tricks to get a CR

if you just want china record, do no hard tricks (1-1 380 framerule, 4-2 375 3-bump rule, good judges 8-1, and all pipe jumps), BBG in 8-2 and 1 frame walljump in 8-4, this can get you a time of around 4:57.5 - 4:57.7 depending on your 8-4 speed, probably a .6 however. If you want a 4:56 (if that's what "sub 4:57" means in the title), you need to add 2 tricks onto that and a decent 8-4, people commonly add 1-1 + 4-1 FPG, but for example you could also do 1-1 FPG + 4-2 Blazit, or 4-1 FPG + 4-2 Blazit.
