Get your fast accels out! There are no frames to spare. No more framerules. No more barriers. I have painstakingly modified the assembly code and remove all end level timers and change area timers.

Thank you guys for the kind words. I think this is an interesting project. How optimized can each level get without framerules? I'd love to see someone, much more skilled than me, make a TAS of this rom. I'm thinking the perfect run would be sub 4:30. I haven't done any math but that's just my guess.
LETS GOOOO This is amazing! Thanks so much for making it. We were talking about the game without framerules earlier and I'm so glad someone made the ROM. Now we need this on PAL with NTSC set emu +speed GG code and that's the fastest you could play?... Idk just speculation. I agree, someone NEEDS to make a TAS with this patch. I would but I don't have TASing software. GL to anyone who does/will though!
It does, it just starts at 331 instead of 400. It does the same in every warp zones
