Tool: Full Treasure Map

This is the map, taken from the game files, from which all treasure maps are generated. It can be studied to, if you're lucky, recognise particularly unusual coastlines and locations of settlements in maps you find.
Rule changes are finalized
After getting feedback for the latest news post, I've decided to implement all the changes listed. So, to reiterate:
- The "126 Fame" category now requires you to finish the career track
- I've added milliseconds to the game. You can now submit your times with milliseconds (use
