Separate category for higher difficulty levels?
The two higher difficulty levels present in the game are in my opinion interesting enough to run but because they don't have the same content the can't really share a single category. If you'd prefer I could submit a run of those difficulty levels so you can see for yourself beforehand and/or not have to add a category that's empty.
