Updates to the leaderboard

A quick update to the improvements being made to the leaderboard.

• All runs have been re-tagged to the correct platform, e.g. GB, SGB2, GBP etc.
• GBi was added as a platform (some runs have already been using it).
• The top runs have been retimed using frame timing (see update to the rules regarding timing below)

The rules have been updated, please be sure to read them before submitting a new run.

• Emulators: Only emulators accurate enough for speedrunning are allowed. See rules for more details.
• Save states are banned, by the global site rules (see also forum post https://www.speedrun.com/de-DE/shaqfugb/forums/q5bt3).
• Video requirements: It is required to show a reset / start of the run.
• Game settings: Clarified that any difficulty and any time settings are allowed for Any%.
• Timing: Defined start and end frame (based on the current rules), so runs can be frame-timed.

There are some runs currently on the board which do not satisfy these requirements, but they will be kept for now. Especially for faster running emulators, runs currently on the board could be removed in the future.

All new run submissions have to satisfy the new rules.

Regarding additional categories: If someone wants to run a higher difficulty level (normal or high), please prepare a run and a new category will be created.
