You may download Cheat Engine from their official website. Be sure to use a table that works for your game version (see resources page).
Attach Cheat Engine to your running Sekiro process.
Open the Sekiro Cheat Engine table available on the resources page.
Set hotkeys for each function. Note that you need to left click the box next to "Position Tool" to display the Save and Restore location functions.
You may now tab back into Sekiro and these functions will trigger when you press the keys you assigned to them.
