Sorry for the very late reply. Official S4 League has been shut down on the 29th April 2021 but. If you have any way of playing arcade mode with some sort of emulator, then yes we can accept it as long as there are no changes to the weapons (like speed buffs and delay cancels).
We are aware that S4 Xero does not have an arcade mode but we included it in the rules since it's one of the few versions to play the game on. I'll check out on removing it from the rules).
As for S4 Max, it is no longer a valid source of runs since they have made balance changes to the weapons.
The only way possible to speedrun the arcade mode would be to play with an emulator of some sort as mentioned. Hope you're still interested in running after all this time.
p.s. : If you have a way of playing by yourself, I'd be interesed in running the arcade again too so hit me up!
Unfortunately not with the original Version of the game.
