my everdrive would NOT let me get a 24.300 run. it was giving every other frame on the planet, including the physically impossible 24.283??? something wonky going on because it would give that, 24.317, and 24.333. but never 24.300. if anyone has any theories on why that could be please hmu

but it worked fine on emulator so who knows. played on Mesen 2.0.0 (i've never done a run on emu before)

A time of 23.317 is common as there is sometimes 1 extra frame between the announcer text and the start of the match, but we don't yet understand why. Based on our current understanding, a time of 24.333 or higher is likely due to imperfect timing exiting the ring, if all else is equal. But if you've seen and recorded a 24.283, please show me! Just because we have not found a way to get sub-24.3 doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Maybe it is a mistake, but then again maybe you've found something new and could be the new undisputed WR holder, who knows?
