Hello, everyone.
Just a quick announcement to let you all know that we are officially banning Twitch VODs from all games on the FNaF Series, because they expire after 2 weeks. Please turn them into a highlight, or re-upload them to YouTube.
To puppyguy9 and GarlicBox, you document your best gold splits to whoever is willing to create the spreadsheet, and if it is backed with proof, that can be put into a spreadsheet, along with all of the other splits for a run. Then, we can total that time to make a Sum of Best within the community, hence the name "Community Golds."
I think this is something that can come to the community and make the game a lot more fun to speedrun. By this, I mean if someone had created a Community Gold spreadsheet and it was fairly frequently updated. I've seen stuff like this in the Ratchet and Clank speedrunning series, Getting Over It, Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Sunshine, Sonic, and lots of other places. If we have a Community Gold chart, someone with the power to can edit and create community segmented runs, which includes the best times for everything, which can give us more ideas on what to improve on and what to get more consistent at with speedrunning, and make this an even more optimized game. Leave your ideas and opinions below this, since I really think this is a good idea. It could bring in some more hype to the game and speedrunning, whilst making seemingly impossible goals much more possible and brought into the light. And, yes, these have to be legitimate, streamed gold times, since making a community gold chart has to be a legitimate one, and that means making golds off stream or local recording will not count.
Hey all. I'm back again, and this probably as sudden as when I left, but I have thought about it and, honestly, I need to speedrun this game. If people that used to be really good at speedrunning this game do come back, someone needs to be there to spice up the competition and make it to where speedrunning is friendly competition instead of easily taking records without any real threat and danger that your record might be taken over. Anyways though, I'm back to speedrunning the game. Let's do this. :)
Welcome back, Dhulkan! Its nice to see you come back into speedrunning this game after a sudden disappearance. :)
RE: On top of this, to replace me, I have made GarlicBox a Super Mod of Five Nights at Freddy's World. I know that everyone else that is a mod for this game will probably hate me now for what I have done since I know that the other mods don't really like GarlicBox that much, I want another suitor to actually take care of and keep the Five Nights at Freddy's World page clean. I'm glad I made the contributions that I have, but honestly, I don't really see why I have spent so much time of my life trying to throw it away at RNG for a chance of getting a good time in an undernoticed and very unpopular game. I have enjoyed running this game, and who knows, maybe I will come back, but for now, I'm taking that hiatus, and I hope everyone reading this enjoys their day and respects my personal decision.
Until the summer...

Yeah, so you all are probably shocked that I removed almost all of my runs from the leaderboards and I resigned as a moderator from FNAF World. I have some reasons behind why I think I should do this. First of all, this game will probably never be revived and if it ever does get revived, anything that would happen will not involve speedrunning this game, but finding out some more important lore stuff. Secondly, I feel like I need to focus more on other things than FNAF World. FNAF World, while yes it's fun to speedrun, has sort of started taking a toll on me. It became very repetitive and very boring because I need to be doing the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again to be able to get even close to something that I would consider "good." I'm sorry if I have hit you all on the head hard with this message, but I'm taking my hiatus, and it starts now.

All Characters% (Start after you click "Done" and finish after you collect the 8th "Halloween Backstage" character.)
I don't want to poke myself into this argument in the wrong way, but I'm going to be the splitter here and say that there is absolutely no reason for an argument like this to be in a public forum on a public speedgame.
Also, to add to the situation, I am on both sides of the story. I agree with puppyguy9, but I also agree with GarlicBox. They both have really strong arguments but now it's getting too far and I think we should stop. If you two continue to argue, either do it in DMs, or at least somewhere private, not somewhere that people we don't even know use this website for whatever reason it may be.
Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience.

RE: Obsolete Loading Times?
I just ran the 4th Glitch category for the first time, and tried to do it for a second, third, and even fourth time with the pausing in the middle of the runs to skip the loading times. With that said, I have come up with a new formula for the loading screens for specifically the 4th Glitch category: forget the loading times completely or to add the load screens as separate splits so that you can cut them from the final time at the end, which does the same thing as pausing, and messes with the Lilygear Lake movement that requires quick and precise button pressing to be able to do well. That's just my opinion on how the Loading Times situation should work for the 4th Glitch category, since there are very few loading screens you have to worry about during the runs.

I've been talking with Dark recently, and I realize something huge that's been keeping him from a lot of the records that he has; loading times. Some speedrunners in this community have very fast loading times (e.g. Dhulkan, with 5-second load screen times), while some others have very slow loading times (e.g. SheppardKiller in his 100% run with 8+ second load times). This is making speedrunning unfair for some people that have worse equipment than others, specifically for Dark trying to take Dhulkan's records. So, I thought, should we get rid of loading times? This would make speedrunning this game much easier to optimize, and a lot more fun to play. Leave your thoughts in the comments, and I will read all of them.

@EeveeSRL I think Sheppard would be happy to see this inclusion. I want to try 100% Pre-Update 2 and he wants to try 157% and 100%, so I speak for Sheppard and myself here, thank you for the revamps on the runs and I really like the new layout and things you have added there.
That would be a really fun idea for the people that have a lot of downtime and are willing to actually go for such a huge achievement. It puts the aspect of RNG and skill together like nothing ever seen and this would be a good run to test the skill and consistency of a speedrunner of FNAF World for hours per run.
I try to find your discord tag on Discord and it says that the information is wrong and the user doesn't exist. Did you change your ID? And if so, what is the new ID so I can add you?

@EeveeSRL THANK YOU for the revamps on the leaderboards and making the sub-categories for the 4th Glitch Run, Clock Ending Run, and the Chipper Run. For me, this significantly boosts my playtime on FNAF World because I will be trying to get these sub-categories as well as the main categories. Again, thank you for the revamps and I do very much appreciate it, as will most of the new future speedrunners of this game.
If you're going to go for True 100%, what will really cut your time down is practicing all the other categories first because literally what True 100% is is combining all of the other categories together into one mega-run. I personally am not a big fan of True 100%'s or 99.8%'s so I just stick with the small categories but for True 100% if you practice each category individually it will really help you in the long run.
For example, I am trying to practice the Normal Mode Security Ending category again and because of all the time invested in 4th Glitch (which is the hardest category because it's all down to RNG and speed) I can consistently get to the Key before 10 minutes with Auto: Shield. Therefore, this would probably help you with True 100% when trying to get to Security early. But, I don't know. This is just speculation.
As the first person to have ever completed the "Chipper Ending" speedrun with the world record of 27m 49s on Hard Mode, you can either make the run faster by making the run significantly easier by doing any mode you want (Normal or Hard) which could probably result in sub-23 because of how much less health Chipper has. In Hard Mode, if you book it through the whole run, you can probably pull of a sub-27:30 which would be insanely lucky to pull off and make the run much harder. Not to say that the run is difficult by any stretch, it is really a cakewalk and you can do all the bosses super easily up until Chipper himself. Chipper is a very difficult boss to handle and this is why I think this category of speedrunning has never been completed before.
