I wonder how many random $10 steam games that also have fun and potential, don't have speedruns.

It all depends on taste. Every game has its fans, even games not considered good for speedrunning. I suppose once you eliminate everything you mentioned you're left with the incredibly random or superbly boring.
Does it show up here: https://www.speedrun.com/user/T0MERNAT0R/pendingactions
it's amazing how that link Liv posted gets updated auto-magically.
What kind of games do you like? It's best to start with those.
If you want something nice and short, easy to get into, I noticed this game was created recently: https://www.speedrun.com/Rotate

Start at the end and work backwards. Note all the steps you took to reach each point. Next, see if you can skip any of them. Try to beat the game with the minimum power-ups and lowest level, and also do a 100% run. Note how long it takes to get power-ups, and the differences between having them and not at certain points.
I'm not familiar with this game, but good luck.
This run https://www.speedrun.com/Magician/run/8y8dlw1z should be linked to https://www.speedrun.com/user/Emptyeye
