So when the game first released there was a money glitch that gave you unlimited money. I don't know if this would be allowed in the Career Mode speedrun or not but here it is: NOTE: You must delete the cache for the game to remove any updates and then go from there.
No you start the timer and then you leave it running until the run is complete so that splicing cannot be a factor in your run. You MUST include any mistakes you do in your final time.
I would say the fastest time is what we are looking for here more than anything else.
I don't see why you couldn't as it is a legit way of running the game :)
Emulator is allowed under the following conditions:
Required Settings:
Settings -> Bios
- Please match Bios to Region of the title
- Disable: Fast Boot
Settings -> Emulation
- Disable: Enable Multithreaded VU1 (MTVU)
- Disable: Enable Instant VU1
Quality of Life Settings:
Settings -> Graphics
- Use whatever renderer you prefer (Recommended: Vulkan then OpenGL)
- Enable: No-Interlacing Patches [NTSC-U only]
- Enable: Disable Interlace Offset
- Enable: Anti-Blur
If you're running a PAL/NTSC-J title set Deinterlacing to what you prefer, recommended is Blend (Top Field First).
Unfortunately we cannot accept screenshots and it must be captured on video as per the rules (This was something that was missed out originally when the IL boards were setup sorry)
There is the TOCA series on Speedrun.com and all the games are linked under the series apart from this one. All I'm asking is can we get this added to the series? It doesn't take that long and can only be done by a moderator.
Just what the question asks, can this be done so they are all under the same series?
