I'm trying to figure out how people are using quick dashes that repeat constantly both out and in the water (pre Anklet). I've tried on the controller and keyboard and cannot mimic this movement with this speed or consistency.

An example is the Ending C run at 48 minutes into the run. I cannot replicate this speed dashing.
