I have seen some games like Sonic Heroes that didn´t allow for speedruns for emulators and now they allowed it could you do it?

I would like to know if this is allowed. Because I used the VBA 1.8 beta and the fps were too bad tbh. And also I asked this because I don´t want to waste my time on speedrunning a banned emulator ^^.

Done. ^^. PAL and NTSC categories are separated. Different Tracks mean different times.

NTSC tracks are really different from PAL tracks. FPS would matter if the tracks were equal. but since the tracks are different. I asked to be a mod to try change that but until now no result.

Hey, I would like to become a moderator for Over The Hedge at https://www.speedrun.com/oth. One moderator has not logged on in 5 months, and the other in over a year. I don't personally have any runs pending, but there are a few pending runs in the queue from new runners which have not been verified in over three weeks.
