Hi, I was looking for a new game to run and this seemed perfect, the only problem is that the spring in the underground of the first world has a spring that will not bounce you high enough to get up to the star, is there any fix to this issue?

Currently the timing method is confusing. The rules state "and ends on the first frame the screen fades black after the last mission." Some runs such as my own end on First star frame (When you first touch the star.) But some runs also use first black frame. Both types of runs have been verified. I would just like to clear up thew rules for any future runs.
On the category "Shoot to the Island in the sky." Emo's time is recorded incorrectly. He gets the star in about 0:16.21, however he ends the timer a little late and that was set as his time. If the time was correct he would have current WR. I would like to request, on his behalf a re-evaluation of his run.

Does taking the teleport in the Koopa the quick star count as a skip?
