yes it would because it would also be cool to do a TAS of this game and also. Ironically just after I sent my last message in this forum I figured out what you said. Also about using it in runs sadly unless you can do it on ceilings. The only use for any% is to save yourself from dying in that part. In 100% it is quite useful in that part to. And finally for Low% it is useful for making the seesaw part consitent! :)
Ok recently I have been getting it a lot more and I have a vague idea of why
1st you have to have done a super jump before it not a small jump
2nd you have to have a lot of momentum
3rd you kinda have to spam or change your direction mid air quickly

So yeah I'm back and I have some new strats
1 Seesaw bird save - on level two super jump until you have banged your head on the ceiling then normal jump, super jump then normal jump and finally quickly press left and right to position yourself to be able to jump on the bird - If you get good at it, it is about 70% consistent
2 Ultra jump - on level two at the seesaws if you jump at the exact time the seesaw launches you, you can get mega hight it might save a few seconds - It is super hard though and luck dependent so probably 5% consistent

wow while I was doing speedrun attempts I got this by accident also I think how you do spike glitch is if you have alot of speed you can phase through the spikes

noooo! i pulled it off the one time i was not recording
It could not save any time for any% but for 100% just in the same place where he did it if you did a super jump you would not have to die and respawn saving about 10-12 seconds and you can use it aswell on the other gems in that section also I think it was lag because there run's music was kind of glitching out :)
when i started playing the game i found loads of new and old strats i will tell you them with there difficulty and how to do them (:
1 deathless two difficulty 10/10 how to do? don't die 2 two start difficulty 2/10 how to do? as you enter two hold space and -> until you get to the 3rd seesaw 3 quick rock difficulty 7/10 how to do? do a little hop towards the last bird to drop its rock but halfway throught go back midair and then jump over

when you get double jump intentionly die you will respawn at start (if you skipped the first checkpoint) then go through the little gap and double jump up until you get to the peach section then double jump up to key maybe with so practise you can save about a second?
I have been looking for this on speedrun.com for ages so I am really happy to start speedruning it (:
