It's a mode in the extras. It's unlocked after classic mode/difficulty playthrough is completed.

One-shot mode is compatible with any difficulty that has beaten at once.

Nice. Also, a tip for livespilts is that you can map the timer for start and stop on keyboard. Make sure to turn off double tap prevention to make hotkeys work correctly. I hope this helps.

Note:Near the end of the run, I accidentally reopen the game when it was open already.
