Hi, I did a quick search to see if I had any luck and I found something small, not sure if it's what you're searching but maybe could help, this video at minute 9:22 presents the fire bars with the brown block just as in the random tik tok and not the white ones I've seen in the runs of the game here ( ) (It's in spanish btw) The game looks brighter compared to the tik tok and it says in a youtube short the links to the games are in his bio but uhh it's a bitly link so I'm not sure if I'm ready to click that, being the video uploaded to 2023 and the channel starting to upload videos in general like in 2020 makes me think about the possibility of the game being older and not a recent fangame, the only bad news is that this one doesn't seem to have any kind of multiplayer, hopefully the link will have something, lastly this is more subjective but I would say the guy looks young and that in 2016-2017 (or even before) he could have known about Cat Mario and in the future remembering it and replaying it again, so in my opinion the timeline fits, I hope this helps :)
Maybe you also need a specific keyboard layout? In for example Into the Breach to open the console you need the english keyboard configuration and not spanish like I had
Once I was doing a run and managed to reach the Flagship, it hacked my weapons, but suddenly the electricity where I live went off for like half a hour, when I came back to at least finish the run (Without recording) I noticed I was in the start of the fight and now the Flagship hacked other system, I don't know if it's something known and neither how to replicate it, but I'm making this post because maybe it could be used for consistency in beginners run when Weapons Shields etc is hacked. Look for Livesplit components, the official page should appear in that section, there will be a list of downloadable components and look for the Counter, download it and the .dll file you have to move it to the Components folder of your Livesplit folder, to add it you have to edit layout and to configure it in the same layout settings it will have its own section.

I saw other runs that use this so I think that you can do it, even my Snowgrave run uses this and it was verified (I don't have too much experience so maybe I'm wrong but that would surprise me on this case) I hope this helps.
I don't know if you've already done it, but if you right-click on Livesplit, then you click on the "Control" button, then click on the "Global Hotkeys" option that appears, you can start the timer without having to select Livesplit. I know that there is still no consistent way to do the Soplamocos Skip, however this technique offers an advantage or disadvantage depending on the situation, making you closer to waste by teleporting you to the bottom or giving you a disadvantage for the same, I know that This would make uploading a Glitchless run too complicated as you cannot control the skip but I feel that it would make it fairer, for that reason I think there should be a Glitchless category. I think that the runs must have audio since otherwise SFM could be used in some attempt at Pause Buffering or even Unbuffered and the potential of SFM is still unknown and if it could do things like manipulate where the enemies go or things similar, for this reason I think that the runs must have audio.
