Can you recommend me some programs to record the screen without lowering the FPS

why when I activate the board at the start of the race, does it continue to go slow? From the videos I've seen it goes fast

why when im in the game, i have to click on the live split window to start the timer? it's not normal

I can't set the "Live Split" timer for this speedrun :( help me guys
