Is the use of turbo controllers allowed in the Any% category on emulators? I'm asking because, from watching other players' videos, it seems like some might be using them.

It looks like all I can do is wait patiently for the approval. I'll try to take it easy. Just wondering, if I happen to beat my own record while waiting, would that delay the approval process even further? I noticed that the times currently approved on the leaderboard are quite outdated, and I'm eager to update it with my new time...haha.

How often is time approval conducted? My time from about half a month ago has still not been approved or sent back, and I am concerned.
