Currently the categories are divided by endings, but honestly I don't think there is much difference.
I have played through the game and came up with my own categories, so please allow me to make a suggestion.

②All Collectibles (A Ending)
You must start with New Game.
A Ending" must be viewed with 100% completion.
The result screen after the ending must be captured on video.
Timer stops at the moment the ending is played.
③All Collectibles (Secret Ending)
You must start with New Game.
You need to collect all the secret signs and see the "Secret Ending".
You must capture on video that all the secret signs have been collected before seeing the ending.
The timer stops at the moment the ending is played.
④100%
You must start with New Game.

About the 100% category rule
Secret Ending can be viewed if the conditions are met and the password is known.
In the 100% category, I thought it would be better to show a screen in progress proving that you have collected all the items needed for the Secret Ending.
If you don't mind, could you add this to the rules?
The rules say "all items must be collected", but I thought it would be better to add "display a screen showing all collected items".
What do you think?

How about making All Collectibles and Secret Ending a "Miscellaneous category"?
Because there are no runners.

My experience as a moderator is at Biped.
Personally, I don’t think those categories are worthy of being labelled as miscellaneous. All Collectables stills functions as 100% without doing the Secret Ending & the Secret Ending is still a different ending to the game entirely.
The categories having no runners isn’t a good justification to mark them as misc. either. They’ll just be hidden by another menu, and it could hurt their discoverability.
Lastly, thank you for your offer, but I’m ok with moderating this game on my own. Time Loader is a lot less active than Biped, so adding anyone else at the moment is not really necessary.
