Hey I was looking at the rules of the run and it looks like "defeated" is part of what is needed. But just in case it wasn't know. Between phases I was up against the boss where the ladder will be and the "climb" text appeared allowing me to get the end level book to show up and everything.

Do you have it on video? If you can reproduce it and local record it with obs, that would be helpful. Also did you play with story stuff turned off? Cause that's what the game is run with right now since nobody has requested a story mode% yet (I hear that mode has a double speed glitch too outside of boss fights if you use a controller on top of arrow keys)
