As you know the mod menu (Mod API) has a option for light in caves, Is it possible if i use that mod just for the light in caves? (i can also show all the options enabled/disabled in the beginning even tho only the light will be enabled.)

Any mod or cheat menu that modifies the game is not allowed, regardless of settings.

I recommend just changing the color settings in the game's settings. It makes it easier to see in dark caves.
