Changes in leaderboards organization (Unrestricted/Jumpless subcategories)

Each main category (to date: Any%, True Ending, 100%) has been split into two subcategories: "Unrestricted" (default), corresponding to the runs previously submitted to that category; and "Jumpless".
The misc. category "Min. Jumps" has been archived, and the corresponding "0 Jumps" runs have been moved accordingly to Any% - Jumpless.
