after stage 2 there is a cutscene and after it the game fades on a black screen but take too long for load the save file screen and the mensage in the title apeears (cleaning the game disc didn't fix)

well considering you mentioned running with a burned disc in a different post, most likely something to do with that and we can't really help you on that front

discovered the problem: the disc is very scratched
