I have some ideas for Category Extensions for the series:
- 100% (numerous games, rules show 500%) a) Timer start with selecting the file on Spyro’s Adventure b ) Timer is paused when the credits start rolling after all achievements are obtained. c) Timer starts again upon selecting new file on Giants. d) Repeat process through Giants, Swapforce, Trap Team, and Superchargers. e) Timer ends upon beating The Darkness with all achievements f) Skipping cutscenes is allowed
Alternates: 200% (Same as above, except with only Spyro’s Adventure and Giants) 300% (SA, G, SF) 400% (SA, G, SF, TT) 600% (SA, G, SF, TT, SC, I)
Variants: NG+ (Skylanders do not need to be reset) Regular (All Skylanders used must be reset)
Note: There could be a modification to rules that allows games to be beaten out of order. Until then, games are to be beaten in order of release.
- Any% (numerous games, rules show Any% 5) a) Timer starts upon selecting the file on Spyro’s Adventure b ) Timer is paused when the credits start to roll c) Timer starts again upon selecting the next file on Giants d) Repeat process for Giants, Swap Force, Trap Team, and Superchargers e) Timer ends on the last hit to defeat The Darkness f) Skipping cutscenes is allowed

There has actually been such a concept made before, named "skyfecta". But no one has ever attempted it. If demand for it were to ever arise, it will be placed as a category (with subcategories similar to the ones you suggested) within this board. This is the kind of category that this board was made for.
However, I don't think a 100% skyfecta is feasible at the moment. There has rarely ever been demand for 100%'s for any full game in the series.
Although these ideas are not original, I thank you for suggesting them nonetheless.
Alright! Once I get my hands on Trap Team, I may attempt a “skyfecta” run in the near future. If I were to submit it, what would it go under?
Following a poll on the community discord, with eleven in favor and two opposed, the timing rules for Skyfecta runs have changed. Each and every Skyfecta & Trifecta run currently on the board has had its time updated accordingly.
The gist of the change is this: The games' segments now start an
