Since Habit has different lines of dialogue for whatever answer you give to his questions, I realized it's possible to skip a lot of dialogue and save time by saying yes to specific questions and no to others, so here's what looks to be the fastest route, skipping over a decent chunk of what he has to say. It'll be a small timesave over all but a timesave nonetheless!

Skip punching and kissing Dr. Habit, you can just hand him the flower and skip straight to that part of the ending. Nod head when asked if he should know what the flower is. Shake head when asked if you know how hard it is to grow the flower. Nod head when asked if you came to see Habit. Shake head when asked if you’ll listen to Habit’s story. Shake head when asked if you hate Habit. Nod or shake head when asked if you’ll make people smile for Habit. (Both lines are only 2 words and you can leave while he's talking at this point anyway)

All told Habit will say about 100 words less than just nodding your way through everything, and there will be four less text chunks to progress through
