My livesplit layout, splits and settings on the download. get livesplit from here, https://livesplit.org/downloads/ open the program, right click on it, use open layout and open splits. feel free to change settings. do whatever you're comfy with. high refresh rate might be taxing on a weak pc. there's also layout settings on the bottom left of the edit layout window. you can change colors, set an image background, change opacity etc. it's fun.

personally livesplit looked too intimidating to me at first, i had to fiddle with it a lot to be comfortable with it. and i'd love if a resource like this existed for me. it's less necessary nowadays with the in-game timer but it is still the best program for quickly checking your fastest times. Also we are working on auto-splits for livesplit, with it you'd just let it run in the background and not even remember it exists! but no promises! :)
