Hi, I'm interested in submitting a NG+ Any% run but there is no catagory for it can it be added?

Category is up, but I haven't done a ng+ playthrough, what would be a good starting time?

My practice time was around 2 hours 25 minutes. Didn't record it since the category wasn't up Trying to go for a sub 2 hour run.
