I did this using flashpoint infinity and avoided glitches during the run so out of bounds or level skips were not performed. I did restart in APPS because of a accidental out of bounds that was not supposed to happen. In toy story 3 if you slow down the footage you can see rex goes into a grounded position on the box before jumping.
