Can someone pleaseee tell me how do the knife glitch consistently?

I can only do 1/100 times like I can’t wrap my head around it, it’s driving me bananas :V

Its insanely easy. You spam circle with the knife out until you have 2 or 3 swings (2 is just faster) Then you let go of L1 and continue spamming circle while holding the direction you want to proxy. Usually you want to hold the opposite direction you're facing because you get more momentum.
