Just to preface this, I was in AWE when I watched this run. I thought it was perfect, I was sure I COULDN'T BEAT IT. I noticed one small issue though. Everytime you kill someone, there's a ding sound. You hear it on Boss 1, Boss 2, not boss 3 (only because it's head is destroyed instead of killed any other way) you DON'T hear it Boss 4, you hear it Boss 5. long story short: Deadlah didn't kill the fourth boss, only injured him.
