I honestly can not believe this happened. I was literally just going for 1:25 and somehow ended up getting 1:17. Optimization was pretty good, and I only lost a little but of time to minor mistakes. I'm sure this can be beaten, and maybe the routing can be optimized a bit more as well, but I am very satisfied with this.
