Unfortunately I am at uni currently and only have a chromebook for a laptop at the moment so I cannot upload my findings but I'm doing some testing on the level 37 end clip. I remember it being mentioned once and I have gotten it probably 20 times in 6 hours of attempts. but I am on a chromebook and I'm struggling to find the causation of the clip. from what I know so far the most consistent way to get it working is to pick up the rightmost turret and attempt to have collide with your hitbox as you hold d and w at the exit hatch. this is horrifically inconsistent.

I got it working extremely consistently last year but I abandoned this game in favor of running minecraft 1.16.1 random seed. I'm taking a break from that for a bit and opened this game to see what i could do to further optimize it. I've gotten the clip to work by dropping the turret as I land and do the weird visual clip you get by looking straight down and holding w and d. I have also gotten it by holding the turret the entire time. I've also gotten it with companion cubes but I've found more success with turrets.

my goal is to get it working consistently enough for RTA runs but as it is this strategy is DEFINITELY viable for a TAS run. I have some other optimizations as well, for example in level 36 you can put a reverse facing portal above the pressure plate, then jump in a portal on the ground to get thrown into the last room, then placing a portal on the top left pixel of the wall on the left and then a portal on the rightmost pixel on the ground and getting momentum to clip through the final door. this will save a lot of time for RTA and less time for the TAS but it's still faster ig.

but back to level 37, I have gotten the clip to work instantly in the past for a 5 second level completion RTA. the inner workings of the clip will likely be easier to see with a TAS editor for testing, but it's definitely doable. at the end of this uni semester when i return home in a few weeks I may do runs and try to destroy the current RTA WR, but I notice a distinct lack of a level skipless any% category which allows wall clips and other glitches. this community seems dead but I saw a recent TAS from a few weeks ago when I did another search for where I saw the level 37 comment that set me down this journey, but I have had no such luck. contact me at Kruin#0808 on discord if you want more info or are still playing this game so I know this isn't going on deaf ears.
