Using Bulbasaur/Pikachu of all things. The logic being, Bulbasaur is pretty good for Any% NoWM, and Pikachu is great in postgame with Agility and Discharge. It's hard to claim that this is as optimal as the Treecko/Meowth route due to all the struggle points Bulbasaur and Pikachu have, but it's nowhere near as terrible as one might have imagined, either... I actually really enjoy running with this team, and it's fairly consistent.
