The run lost about 3:30 on 2 splits (Shadow Temple and Enter Deku). Besides those 2 splits, there was just minor timeloss throughout the run. This run has very similar tricks to low% AD, so if you want to see a faster (less overworld movement because dungeon order isn't locked) and cleaner run, watch that run.
There's not much to say route-wise because the dungeon order is locked except for when to get bombchus from Ganon's castle. It needs to be done before defeating Shadow Temple (otherwise the savewarp to get back to ToT would activate LACS). I chose to do it after Spirit so that it is night for GF (guards' eyesight is worse at night).
Similarly, I get blue fire from Ice Cavern to edo reverse KZ. If I save warped to escape ZF, I would activate LACS.
And, just like low% AD, this route skips hookshot and phantom Ganon is defeated with a QPA hover.
