I was surprised to see there didn't seem to be a leaderboard for category extensions such as Dampe's Valentin, is there someplace I missed, or does such a thing simply not exist at the moment?

there are some runs for categories like defeat Ganon or Nocturne RTA. But there is no official leaderboard. I'm interested for brand new categories too. It would be good to route this game again
