I am just wondering what is the difference, I would think that time with loads would be the time of the video but it appears not so I am just confused.
VC and emu have significantly faster loading times than DS, so we add on an amount of time to make it fair. Think of the Time Without Loads column as the "Real Time" column, and the Time With Loads column as the "Adjusted Time" column. The reason they are called what they are is because I can't change the names of the columns; I would much prefer to call them "Real Time" and "Adjusted Time". Sorry for the confusion.
