Rule update regarding to the newest Widescreen Fix release
The most recent release of ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix has been shown to have unfair advantages over an unmodified install. Therefore we decided to ban certain options in the .ini file to bypass the issues. Advantages range from different menuing speed, up to a 1.5 second faster transition from the
