Ok lemme try to translate what he said... He's suggesting to add the "Drift Attack" event to the leaderboards, which is based on SP Score rather than time. (This is a Terminal Velocity DLC Event)
Speedrun.com doesn't support score-based runs, so if you want to compete for highscores that won't be possible here.
Only thing we could do is to have the drift events as time-based events, so the focus is not on drifting but on finishing them the fastest. Problem is the game doesn't give you the time so it'd have to be retimed manually.
Those can't be added but I think speedruns (the race type) can be. It has the time but you have to look at the checkpoints to see it (it's displayed around where it says CHECK on the checkpoint. I know it'd be hard but time can probably be calculated by the final frame you see the clock.
