Ollie is specifically chosen for player 1, and the participant as player 2. Player 2 is chosen to go first. Player 2 rolls 12, 12, and 4 to buy Electric Company, Illinois Avenue, and Water Works. Player 2 opens up the menu to trade with Ollie, offering their 3 properties, expecting $1500 in return (all of the money Ollie has). Ollie agrees to this trade. Player 2 exits the trade and mortgages all three properties. They then re-enter the trade, which was already agreed to by Ollie, and agree to it. Ollie now has no money to pay the mortgages for his new properties and declares bankruptcy.
