Run starts at 0:25. Managed to lower my time even further. Struggled a bit more with camera locks this time, but the shorter void walk for dynamite and 1 cycle furnace saved a bit of time.
Don't be alarmed at 10:20, I had timer start/end key mapped to Alt key for easy reach, and start button to Enter, I didn't realize last time you can skip credits with a button, and I thought it was with a start, so it brought emu's menu, which is why the emulator stopped for a little bit.
Played on mGBA 0.10.0.

Clarified Any% (No Offscreen) rules to specify that traveling through unloaded rooms is illegal, but it is ok if the character sprite is briefly offscreen during room transitions, cutscenes, etc.
