I inserted a seed that World Record Holder of deleted category (Diamond%) inserted on it and it didn't have same spawn as it is, is it buggy or something? 🤔

Different Consoles and Versions can have different spawns and caves.

Different versions of the game have different seeds

oh wow that is a very old version, and the category isnt deleted, its just in the obtain item category in the main boards

if you don't update the game you can essentially get free WR's on that version
