quake pro with lowest gui scale if you have good mouse accuracy its really good and takes less pixels for the mouse to move across you screen optimizing time
honestly kinda been using quake pro for like forever
30 - Microslensing 110/Quake Pro - Checking around your surroundings 80 - Just what I use normally
This is basically my FOV settings when I'm speedrunning
I use 110 when running but 80 normaly, my gui scale is 2 (1920x1080), but 3 or 4 may be more optimal
I thing 90 is the best for everything but in some cases in the speedruning u will need to change it to 110
Quake pro (110) is probably the most optimal. It's easy to go back to quake pro, since it's all the way to the side. And you get to see more. It might seem weird at first but increase it by +10 everyday until you're at quake pro.
I use 30 fov when microlensing (E-ray) and i use Quake Pro a lot when looking around surroundings, Checking for lava pool, when in the nether, and when im doing a no f3 one cycle coz its hard to do it in low fov, but my default fov is 80, and 80 is the best for me + I use 4 gui (1920x1080)
definitly as high as you are comfortable with. What I did was raise it 1 or 2 degrees everytime I played and now im at quake pro. Definitly worth it you can see so much more
