Can I do an all boards run on Mario Party 7 on a Wii U using Nintendon't? Or can it only be done on a legit Gamecube or Wii?

I am about 7 years late on this but the rules currently state that Runs completed using Nintendon't/USBloader must be submitted under the emu tag, as load times are not comparable with those on console. (they are also hidden by default)
