I was looking to purchase this game and maybe run casually, whats the best version to run?

RGL or Steam?

Also do i need to downgrade or anything? Is there a specific patch because i cannot find anything.

Also do i need to instal some load program for pc?

Lastly, i just need to delete the dlc for w/o dlc %?
