It has came to my attention some rules have some broken English. My plan is too change the rules so they are more understandable

Must reach a minimum of 70,000 meters of Kerbin. --> Must reach a minimum of 70,000 meters above Kerbin.

There is more then just that, so I apologize for the broken English

In that example that you mentioned I think that it would be helpful to clarify if it would be above ground or sea level.
