Personally I think it should be since cutscenes are skipped anyway, but I understand if its not.

Discovered that skipping cutscenes is load based, on my steam deck I can instantly skip them, while on my PC which has a slower ssd I cannot. I believe they should be treated as loads to close the gap between devices.
