Done on ePSXe running the European bios (7502)

4 Minute 30 Second PB improvement! Run was performed on Seed 70F

While investigating how the game worked I discovered both that the game was completely deterministic making RNG predictable, and how to get specific seeds (though it's hard to time), In this run I use that knowledge to set up seed 70F to gaurantee a 1st turn capture on Marrdreg, with that marrdreg being a "good" one, I then soon drop the RNG control due to bad control in Dragonfly 1 so I don't have it for the rest of the run, luckily RNG was on my side anyway it seems. Hopefully will use this technique again in the future to beat this time.
